Joe Bouvette has served Kittson County as
Commissioner of District 3 since 1987 . Commissioner
Bouvette is a lifelong resident of Kittson County.
He is retired from his dental practice in Hallock.
Commissioner Bouvette resides in the City of Hallock
with his wife, Sandy. Commissioner Bouvette has
2 children and 6 grandchildren. He is the
current chair of the Northwest Regional Development
Commission. |
