| District 4 is
located in the northeastern corner of Kittson
County. It consists of the Townships of
Caribou, McKinley, St Joseph, Peatland,
Cannon, Poppleton, Klondike, Percy, Hazelton,
Pelan, Hazelton, and Jupiter. In
addition, the Cities of Lake Bronson and Halma
are included in District 4. |

Leon Olson has served Kittson County as
Commissioner of District 4 since 2005. Commissioner
Olson is a lifelong resident of Kittson County. In
addition to being a commissioner, he is a
farmer and mechanic. He was previously employed for
10 years as a mechanic in Greenbush and 7 years at
the bus plant. Commissioner
Olson resides southeast of Lancaster with his wife,
Bonnie. Commissioner Olson has 3 sons and 3
granddaughters and 1 grandson. |
