| District 5 is
located in the northwestern corner of Kittson
County. It consists of the Townships of
St Vincent, Clow, Richardville, Hill, Hampden,
Granville, and Hallock.
The Cities of Lancaster, St Vincent, and
Humboldt are also
in District 5. |

Betty Younggren has served Kittson County as
Commissioner of District 2 since 1999. Commissioner
Younggren is a lifelong resident of Kittson County.
She is an LPN that works in the x-ray dept. at
Kittson Memorial Hospital. Commissioner
Younggren resides northwest of Hallock with her
husband, Jim. Commissioner Younggren has
2
children and 2 grandchildren. |
